Today Truphone launched a beta version of its Voip client for BlackBerry smartphones called Truphone Anywhere. Right now it is the cheapest way for blackberry users to make international calls around the world.

Truphone Anywhere calls cost as little as £0.03/$0.06 per minute. Truphone Anywhere currently works in 33 countries worldwide.  The CEO of Truphone, Geraldine Wilson said, “There’s no GSM business tariff that gets close to the prices we can offer BlackBerry users with Truphone for international calling”.

There will be no monthly charges for this Voip client. The Truphone Anywhere client is available for users to download for free from www.truphone.com/blackberry or www.handango.com for Handago users.
