This is no doubt a wrong move by Samsung sending out C&D (cease-and-desist order) letter in an attempt to stop the leak of the Samsung M800 for Sprint.

We write about your future offerings because we love you, but when you go pull something like this, it burns bridges and leaves permanent scars. Especially when the images and information were gathered directly off of Samsung’s PR site and FCC.
