Kingston Technology, offering memory products around the world, is inviting consumers to submit still pictures or video clips taken from a cameraphone as part of its Kingston Mobile Contest.

Photos or short videos will be accepted now through March 31, 2009, representing the following categories: dance or pose, fun pet tricks, travel or vacation and sports, with a total of 32 prizes awarded. Wendy Lecot of Kingston states that “the mobile phone contest is a fun way for consumers to use their cameraphones to show off cool dance moves, crazy pet tricks, favorite memories from exotic locales or hitting the slopes for some rail sliding.”

Prizes include 8GB Kingston microSDHC cards, 8GB Mobility/Multi-Kits, 16GB SDHC video cards, DataTraveler HyperX Flash drives and assorted card readers; D-Link 10″ Photo Frames and XTreme N Dual Gigabit Wireless Routers; GoPro Motorsports HERO Wide cameras; Plantronics Discovery 925 Bluetooth headsets and Western Digital WD TV HD Media Players.
