I just mentioned that AT&T was offering an expanded GPS tracking service for devices on its wireless network. AT&T is also offering a similar service via Xora called Xora GPS TimeTrack that costs $21.99 monthly per device.

Xora is compatible with most devices on the AT&T network including phones like the Blackberry Bold, laptops, and special industry devices. The locator service doesn’t require software on the employee device and plots employee data on maps in real-time.

The Xora interface overlays location data over Google Maps with street, satellite, and hybrid views available. Reports indicate where vehicles stop and for how long to help identify time on job sites or on breaks.
